At Powell Peralta, we stand by the quality of our skateboards and gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all decks are un-gripped and in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring skate decks are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
